Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us and when accompanied by a sales receipt, we are able to accept returns within 14 days of purchase, that the item returned is unused and in the same condition received, with any tags still attached and with all original packaging.

A credit or gift voucher will be offered within 30 days of purchase or without a sales receipt, with the above conditions applying.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items: We are unable to accept the return of earrings or face coverings unless faulty, due to hygiene reasons. We cannot accept returns on sales items or on any discounted slight seconds products. Nor any products that have a consume by or sell by date.

All Creative Collective Pop Ups products are photographed by us in-house and we aim to represent the product with the image as closely as we can. Device and computer screen resolutions do vary, however, so if you would like to check the colour of a product before purchase, please do email us at To complete your return, we require a receipt as proof of purchase. We ask that you email us at to inform us of the return and reason.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Please, therefore, use adequate packaging to protect your package during transit. Once we have received the return we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery charge. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

We can exchange your order if you would prefer a different colour or size, as long as the item in question is in stock, please email us at

Our returns policy complies with The Distance Selling Regulations.
In the case of exchanges, a re-delivery charge at our standard rate will apply. We will, of course, refund delivery charges if there has been an error on our part or if the item received is faulty.

Faulty Items

Many of our items are handmade by artisans or creative businesses. Hot Haveli items are all handmade by artisans in India. Each item may be different and may come with small nuances, which we believe add to their character and tell the story of the crafting process. Where items are listed as vintage, they will have signs of wear, small marks and variation in colour which we believe add to their uniqueness and vintage beauty. Unfortunately, creative manufacturing faults can sometimes happen, so if you believe an item to be faulty or it is not the item you have ordered we are happy to offer a full refund, once we have received and inspected the returned goods. Please email us within 5 working days if you believe the item you have received to be faulty.


If you have a change of mind and wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your goods have not already been despatched we will cancel your order and process a refund. In cases where the order has already been despatched, you will need to return the goods to us in order that we can process a refund. The cost of delivery will not be refunded in this instance.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate (free at your post office) be obtained when returning any item.
